Candidates are selected for the Probationary Officer posts based on online exams and interviews. Those who clear both of these rounds are appointed as new Probationary Officers.

Online Examination

Candidates have to appear in the online examination and have to secure minimum qualifying cutoff marks.
There were two rounds in the online examination. Objective and Descriptive
Candidates who qualified in the Online Examination are being called for an interview.

The Online exam Result contains the list of candidates who clear the ECGC PO cut off 2024 for the Online exam. Only those eligible candidates who obtain more than or equivalent to the Cut Off of the Online exam will be selected for the interview. Candidates need to qualify the minimum qualifying marks as prescribed against each section to pass the examination. After applying the cut off, the candidates will be shortlisted for interview.

Interview

All the shortlisted candidates after the online examination have to appear in the interview.
The total marks allotted to the interview is 60 marks
The weightage (ratio) of Online examinations and interviews will be 80:20 respectively.

On completion of the interview process, aspirants are shortlisted for PO. The final selection also depends on the number of vacancies available, the business needs of the Company. Candidates shortlisted to get a joining letter based on clearing the ECGC PO cut off 2024.

How to Check Cutoff?

After the answer key is declared, the candidates can estimate their tentative score with the help of the answer key and the marking scheme.
